Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Returns (except in cases of incorrect items) are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before fulfillment or shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Once an order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been created, it cannot be canceled or refunded

All pre-order cancellations are also subject to a 25% cancellation fee
Chargebacks

Customers who initiate a chargeback on a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of the chargeback outcome
